All recharge transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. By initiating a recharge, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the specified amount plus any applicable fees.
Recharge transactions are typically processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on various factors including payment method, network conditions, and Telstra's systems. We are not liable for delays in transaction processing beyond our reasonable control.
If a recharge transaction fails, your payment will not be processed and no charges will be made. You will receive a notification of the failure and may retry the transaction. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect mobile numbers, insufficient funds, or technical issues.
All recharge transactions are final and non-refundable once the credit has been successfully added to the Telstra account. Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws.
